The Perfect Sunday: Fall Edition

Sunday’s are always my favorite day of the week – some of my favorite ways to spend them are with friends and family – uplifting each other as we prepare for the long week ahead.

A few weekends ago, my closest girl friends and I were somehow able to clear out our busy schedules and spend the day together – such a rarity!

We started off the morning at a beautiful church that overlooked Wine Country. There is nothing I am more thankful for than being able to share our faith with one another.

Afterwards we headed over to the Peltzer Farm Pumpkin Patch where we had your typical Fall photoshoot.

Next stop: Lunch & wine!

We decided to try out a new winery that was recommended to us – Robert Renzoni.

Their food was delicious, views were spectacular, and we shared the perfect bottle of Pinot Grigio to top it off.

The ambience of wineries is my absolute favorite – nothing compares to getting dressed up, sipping on crisp wine, sharing yummy meals, and being surrounded by beautiful people and scenery.

Our next winery was one of my favorites – Wilson Creek!

We splurged on champagne-sangria slushies, caught up with each other, and listened to live music for the afternoon. My happiness level = all time high.

Last winery of the day was MiraMonte, and it definitely did not disappoint. We tried their white and red sangria mixed, with a splash of champagne on top. Such a treat!

No matter where you live, make an effort to get together with your friends and explore whatever it is your town has to offer.

Thankfully one of the best things about Temecula – W I N E!

Besos,

Madeline Alice Johnson
